Orders

An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error or the payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency where available. The amount at checkout is the amount you are charged. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included.

Made to order

Every item is made after you order it, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced or refunded as set out in our refund policy.

Colours and sizes

Screens vary and printed colours can differ slightly from what you see. Size guides are on each product page.

Artwork

The koi, the Koi wordmark and every design in this store are ours. Buying an item does not give you the right to copy or resell the artwork.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer law that applies where you live.
